- Regulated rates for gas. Our rates vary depending on where you live and include subscription and kilowatt-hour costs. There are 4 rate categories; charges are based on usage.

"Compte en Ligne" is a free on-line service from GDF SUEZ DolceVita. Take advantage of secure access to pay your bills, update your personal information and more.
An e-mail notification will inform you of the amount owing on your account and payment due date. View your current bill and transaction history in "Ma Consommation".

If you already get a "Compte en Ligne", go to the top of the page here to log-in:
Pay your bill on-line with a Visa credit card by registering for a "Compte en Ligne" ; you can also pay by cheque or by direct debit.
If you wish to make your payment via bank transfer please contact our customer advisors on 00.33.2.38.52.85.70 who will provide you with our ba.
If you are a gas customer, you can submit your own meter reading online to ensure the accuracy of your invoices. "Compte en Ligne" provides a secure way to share this information.
GDF SUEZ DolceVita will inform you by e-mail or SMS when to send your meter readings (4 times per year).
To use the "M@ relève" service, you must be a GDF SUEZ DolceVita gas customer, have an active "Compte en Ligne", receive 6 invoices per year and make no monthly payments.

France uses a 220 volt/ 50 Hz electrical standard. To use North American appliances, which are designed for a 110 volt/60 Hz system, you will need a voltage converter or transformer. A plug adapter is also necessary to accommodate differences in wall outlet configurations.
